#AskSean: Hannity Weighs in on Lewinsky, FEC Regulation, NFL Draft
Sean Hannity tonight fielded viewers’ questions as part of the #AskSean segment.
When asked for his thoughts on Monica Lewinsky, he said, “I feel sorry for her […] my wish for her is that she puts this whole thing behind her.”
Another viewer asked, “What should we do? The FEC chair warns that conservative media like Drudge and Sean Hannity face regulation.”
Hannity said the head of the Democratic Party in New York once accused him of giving an in-kind contribution because his childhood best friend, John Gomez, was running for Congress, and Hannity posted a link to Gomez’s website. Hannity said he had to pay tens and tens of thousands of dollars to a lawyer to win the case.
“Do I think this is a form of intimidation, harassment, an effort to silence conservatives and new media and the Internet and all these bloggers? Absolutely,” he said.
Hannity also predicted that Jadeveon Clowney will be the first pick in tomorrow’s NFL draft.
