A teen said he was cyberbullied for wearing an “I Love Fossil Fuels” shirt on Earth Day.

John Digiacobbe said he loves fossil fuels because they’ve been around for millions of years and provide for more than 80 percent of energy.

Some of his classmates, however, don’t seem to share that view. Digiacobbe said wearing the shirt prompted comments at school and a “firestorm of negative tweets.”

Digiacobbe said school administrators didn’t step in to do anything about it.

“The lefts, they always claim that they are so tolerant and accepting of other views and yet when somebody disagrees with them, they don’t seem to care that much, they seem to attack and be intolerant, and it's interesting how that dynamic works,” he said.
