Funny 'Red Eye' Takes On Soviet-Era Posters in Jay Carney's Home
When a Washington magazine did a recent profile of Jay Carney's wife, ABC News contributor Claire Shipman, the couple's kitchen quickly became the story. The Internet pointed out two framed Soviet-era propaganda posters hanging on the wall.
Many observers then noted that the White House spokesman and his wife met in Moscow in the 1990s. But as Greg Gutfeld jokingly asked his Red Eye panel: "could it also be a nod also to their secret Communism?"
Fox Business Network reporter Kate Rogers said she doubts Carney ever expected this to come out of what was supposed to be a "fluff piece" to show off the family home.
