Will Hillary Clinton run in 2016? A “Special Report” panel weighed in.

The latest Real Clear Politics poll gives Hillary Clinton 64.7 percent of the vote in a potential 2016 Democratic presidential primary.

“The longer she waits to make up her mind, the more she hurts her party if she doesn’t run,” Jason Riley said, noting that it’s difficult for rivals to get money from donors if they think Clinton will run.

“Look, in the absence of a medical issue that’s a major issue, she will run,” Charles Krauthammer said. “The Clintons have a biological need to run and to govern.”
