A big weekend is underway at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum at Texas A&M University.

Friends, family and former staffers are among those celebrating the 25th anniversary of the start of George H.W. Bush’s presidency. The former president has also been in attendance.

A new statue of the 41st president was unveiled last night. Bush’s former Vice President Dan Quayle spoke at the statue’s dedication, saying “the style of [Bush’s] leadership led to results."
