A Louisiana firefighter was reportedly handcuffed and detained by police because he didn’t move his truck while responding to a 911 call.

The firefighter responded to a call Monday night about a woman who was unconscious. An officer asked him to move his truck, and he refused. He was then cuffed and detained in the police car for 22 minutes.

Surveillance video captured the whole ordeal.

Amber Porter, the victim he was helping, said the officer should be fired or suspended for his behavior.

The police chief said the officer won’t be disciplined, but the State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating.
