Bill O’Reilly tonight discussed the speculation surrounding Malaysia Airlines Flight 370.

“This story reminds me of the John F. Kennedy Jr. plane crash,” O’Reilly said. Nearly 15 years ago, John F. Kennedy Jr, his wife and sister-in-law disappeared off the coast of Martha’s Vineyard. For days, Americans tuned in to hear theories. In the end, it was pilot error.

O’Reilly said Americans want to hear all kinds of theories about the missing Malaysia Airlines jetliner and that it's frustrating to cover the story in a responsible way.

“Because most of us fly at some time in our lives, we often identify with air disasters because the scenario is so horrible,” he said.
