In questioning by Rep. Jason Chaffetz on Capitol Hill, Benghazi whistleblower Gregory Hicks detailed the reaction of diplomatic and military personnel after the military was told to stand down and not respond to the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Libya.

"I can only say, well, I will quote Col. Gibson, 'this is the first time in my career when a diplomat has more balls than someone in the military.'"

"So the military is told to stand down, not engage in the fight; these are the kind of people willing to engage," Chaffetz said, choking up.
