Judge Nap Blasts De Blasio Over Plans to Shut Down Charter Schools
New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is facing lawsuits over plans to shut down some charter schools.
De Blasio stopped three charter schools from co-locating with public schools. All three belong to the Success Academy network, which is run by de Blasio’s political rival, Eva Moskowitz.
Judge Andrew Napolitano was on “The Kelly File” to discuss the situation.
He called de Blasio the most leftward progressive mayor in the country and said that he “wants everybody to be at the same level of failure.”
When de Blasio took office two months ago, his approval rating was 70 percent. It is now in the high 30s.
