Outrage is streaming in over a story about the way security personnel treated a wounded warrior in Sacramento ... at two separate locations!

Retired Cpl. Nathan Kemnitz was seriously injured in Iraq when a roadside bomb exploded next to him. Now, he has limited use of his right arm. So, when Kemnitz was asked to raise his arms above his head at a security checkpoint at Sacramento Airport, he had a hard time completing the task. The soldier's uniform was then swabbed for explosives.

However, it doesn't stop there. Once Kemnitz arrived at the Sacramento State Capitol, things got worse when security at the landmark asked him to remove his dress blues because it contained "too much medal."
