Did you know you can store your stem cells and use them years later to restore your health?

“Stem cells are really the basis of what allows our body cells, as they get damaged or aged, to be replaced," Dr. Vincent Giampapa told Carol Alt. "They’re the reservoir of our future health, the reservoir of our well-being and quality of life.”

Giampapa says doctors can retrieve stem cells through a simple intravenous.

Humans lose cells as they age, so Giampapa says people should store their cells as early as possible – ideally between 21 and 40.

Giampapa also told Alt about a stem cell procedure that can restore your skin.
