Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin delivered the keynote address at this year's Conservative Political Action Conference, which she described as "the place where the future of conservatism always starts."

The former vice presidential candidate blasted the Obama administration in her address.

“Along the way, ‘hope and change,’ ‘yes we can,’ it became ‘no you can’t’ – no you can’t log onto the website, no you can’t keep your health care, no you can’t make a phone call without Michelle Obama knowing this is the third time this week you dialed Pizza Hut delivery.”

She applauded Republican Sen. Ted Cruz’s ObamaCare filibuster, during which he read “Green Eggs and Ham,” saying she reads a very different version to her grandson, Tripp.

“I do not like this Uncle Sam – I do not like his health care plan. I do not like these dirty crooks or how they lie and cook the books […]. I do not like this spyin’ man, I do not like, ‘Oh yes, we can.’ I do not like this spending spree. We’re smart – we know there’s nothing free. I do not like reporters’ smug replies when I complain about their lies. I do not like this kind of hope. And we won’t take it – nope, nope, nope.”

Palin blasted Obama’s “lead from behind” foreign policy and touched on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

"Mr. President: The only thing that stops a bad guy with a nuke is a good guy with a nuke,” she said.

“I’m sorry – I’m probably being too hard on the president. After all, who could have seen this one coming?” she quipped.
