Beginning March 5, Fox News Channel presents an exciting new feature series called, “My America with Elisabeth Hasselbeck.”

From the quirky to the inspirational, My America will reveal who we are as a nation – driven, passionate and uniquely American.

"This is an exciting moment for me personally. We’re going to go all over this country and bring you some pretty amazing stories. Some will be inspirational, some will be funny. We might explore an unusual pastime or a crazy activity, or feature someone who’s doing something special and making the world a better place," she said.

Next Wednesday, she'll kick it off with the story of Darrell Wallace, Jr., who last October became the first African American in 50 years to win a NASCAR race.

Wallace said, “It’s a little bit tough of course, trying to break through. A kid of color trying to come through, but I don’t see it that way. I just see it [as] going out there and trying to beat the other guys.”

Check out a preview above and tune in for the full segment when "My America with Elisabeth Hasselbeck" premieres during Fox and Friends at 8:20a ET on Wednesday, March 5
