‘Tiger Mom,’ Husband Say 3 Traits Propel People to Success
The “Tiger Mom” has a new book out which examines cultural groups in America that she and her husband believe are more successful than others.
Amy Chua and her husband Jeb Rubenfeld, who are both Yale Law School faculty, have written “The Triple Package: How Three Unlikely Traits Explain the Rise and Fall of Cultural Groups in America.”
They spoke to Martha MacCallum today about the book and the three traits that they say propel people to success.
Rubenfeld said the three shared traits that these cultural groups instill in children are a sense of being exceptional, insecurity and impulse control.
