Sen. Rand Paul: Obama's Exec Action Remarks Sound Like a Threat

This morning on America’s Newsroom, McMorris Rodgers told Martha MacCallum that President Obama’s policies inhibit job growth.

On immigration, she said the Republican approach begins with securing the border and then fixing the broken system.

“We do not support the big Senate bill, and we’re going to approach it in a different way in the House.”

The president spoke at length about gender equality in last night’s speech, saying, “It’s time to do away with workplace policies that belong in a ‘Mad Men’ episode.”

Thanks to ObamaCare, she said women are seeing firsthand that their choices are being taken away.

“As a woman within the Republican Party, I can tell you, I am more convinced today than ever that our policies are ones that improve your life. My own experiences reinforce that.”
