Obama Executive Order Will Raise Minimum Wage for Some Workers
In his State of the Union address tonight, President Obama is expected to unveil new executive orders, including raising the minimum wage for workers on federal contracts.
The move is seen as the first step in a major push to get Congress to raise the minimum wage for all American workers. Obama has issued 167 executive orders to date amid a divided Congress.
Judge Andrew Napolitano sat down with Steve Doocy to discuss the new unilateral actions being taken by the president. He believes President Obama is entering dangerous territory by going around Congress to enact his agenda.
"We are in danger of a president trying to make law rather than just enforce the law, which is what the Constitution says the president is supposed to do," said Napolitano.
