'Let's Bring Him Home': Police Ramp Up Search for Missing WSJ Reporter
Police have increased the number of K-9 units searching for missing Wall Street Journal reporter, David Bird.
The 55-year-old was last seen 16 days ago leaving his house in New Jersey to go for a walk. He left behind his cell phone and medication.
Bill Hemmer spoke to Bird’s sister-in-law, Chris Fleming, today on America’s Newsroom.
Fleming said the family had just taken out the Christmas tree when Bird decided to go for a walk, which was completely normal for him.
Bird is married and has two teenage children. Fleming said, “It’s agonizing for the family. We’re desperate to have him back with us.”
Residents in Bird's hometown of Millington, NJ are keeping their porch lights on in hopes of his safe return.
