Harris Faulkner is a co-host on Outnumbered on Fox News Channel (weekdays, 12PM-1PM ET) and the host of "Outnumbered Overtime," weekdays at 1:00pm ET on FNC.

She joined FNC in 2005 as a correspondent and has served as co-anchor of "Outnumbered" since it launched in 2014. Throughout her tenure with the network, Faulkner has covered some of the most prominent news stories and frequently appears as a substitute anchor for "Shepard Smith Reporting." 

Previously, Faulkner served as anchor of the Sunday edition of FOX Report.

Prior to joining FNC, Faulkner served as correspondent for WNYW-TV's (FOX 5) A Current Affair and as a substitute host on The Nancy Grace Show on HLN. She also worked for KSTP-TV (ABC 5) and hosted The Harris Faulkner Show on FM107 Radio in Minneapolis, MN. From 1993 to 2000, she served as the primary evening anchor for WDAF-TV (FOX 4) in Kansas City, MO. Faulkner began her television career at WNCT-TV (CBS 9) as an anchor and reporter in Greenville, NC. Faulkner has received six Emmy Awards, including the 2004 Emmy for Best Newscaster and Best News Special. In 1998, she received the Amelia Earhart Pioneering Lifetime Achievement Award for her humanitarian efforts.

Faulkner graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara with a B.A. in mass communications.
