Turner was a Senior Associate with Jones Group International (JGI), a global strategy firm, where she works directly with former National Security Adviser Jim Jones. She has a regional focus on Africa and the Middle East.
Ms. Turner has worked at the U.S. Department of State in the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor; the U.S. House of Representatives in the Office of the Minority Leader; and the Albright Group, LLC. She was also a Sharp Fellow at Columbia University in New York City.
Ms. Turner has a Master's degree in African security studies from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
