Tucker Carlson responded to Stormy Daniels' attorney Michael Avenatti, who called the host a "pig" Wednesday during a multi-segment appearance on ABC's "The View."

Carlson said Avenatti, dubbed the "Creepy Porn Lawyer," was "especially creepy" in his appearance.

Carlson said Avenatti has "low standards" in representing Daniels, who he said appears to be the left's most "newly-minted political pundit -- who had a career having sex with strangers for money."

He joked that "The View" hosts decided to "fight back" against President Trump allegedly "violating vital and social norms in this country" by having a porn star and her attorney bash Carlson and the president on air.

"These comments from Tucker Carlson and some of these other pigs, who are men who make these comments, who belong in the '50s... no man should be making comments like that about a woman, period," Avenatti said.

Carlson said Avenatti is "not going away" anytime soon and may run for president. He said the public should look at who is promoting such a man for that office -- the press and people giving the attorney a platform.

Tammy Bruce said Avenatti has a vested interest in Daniels' profile remaining high, noting that Daniels embarked on a nationwide stripper tour which has been selling out in some cities.

"We usually have a word for men who encourage women to sell themselves for sex," Tammy Bruce added.
