'Many in Our Political Class Are Disloyal to Voters': Tucker, Dobbs on Anonymous NYT Op-Ed
Tucker Carlson said Wednesday night he believes he has a "pretty good idea" of the person inside the Trump administration who wrote an op-ed blasting the president.
The anonymously-penned piece, titled "I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration," was published by The New York Times on Wednesday.

In it, the man or woman writes that other top White House officials are "working diligently from within to frustrate parts of [President Trump's] agenda and his worst inclinations."
The author of the op-ed wrote that the success the president's administration has come despite Trump's "impetuous, adversarial, petty and ineffective" leadership style. The author said others inside the administration are also working to frustrate Trump's agenda in an effort to protect Americans.
Carlson said he reached out to the White House for comment on the piece and will not accuse anyone of being the author until such information is confirmed.
Carlson and Fox Business Network anchor Lou Dobbs said on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" that the media, the left and many government officials cannot accept that Trump is doing what he said he would do when he campaigned for the White House.
Carlson said Trump ran on closer relations with Russia, revamped trade policies and stricter immigration enforcement and is now following through on what voters supported. Carlson said the success of an administration is based on whether a president accomplishes what he promised.
"So many in our political class are disloyal to voters. The very people in charge of administering our democracy don't believe in democracy. They don't even hide it. That's a big problem. In fact, it's unsustainable over time," he said.
