Rep. Issa: Mueller Wants to 'Get Trump,' Isn't Interested in How FISA Warrants Were Obtained
Rep. Darrell Issa said Wednesday on "Fox & Friends" that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has not interviewed Justice Department official Bruce Ohr because his only mission is to "get Trump."
Ohr was grilled by the House Oversight and Judiciary committees closed-door meeting between House lawmakers and Justice Department on Tuesday about his ties to former British spy Christopher Steele.
Issa said that no one is "pushing back" to find out if the Democratic National Committee worked with international spies to influence the 2016 election.
"Not since Watergate have we had this kind of a scandal," he said. "And Mueller wants nothing to do with it."
It was revealed earlier this month that Ohr and Steele communicated via email, even after Steele was terminated by the FBI.
Ohr's wife, Nellie, also worked for Fusion GPS, which was hired by Hillary Clinton's campaign to compile the dossier of potentially damaging information against Trump.

Issa said on Wednesday that he and his fellow committee members confirmed that Ohr was "a willing and constant conduit" between Fusion GPS and the FBI.
"He seemed to ignore a couple of things," Issa added. "He knew he was delivering not hearsay, but double hearsay that would never stand up in court."
He also said that it appeared his wife had gotten her role with Fusion GPS due to Ohr's relationship with the co-founder founder, Glenn Simpson.
"There was no indication that she was sought after," he said. "She got this job ... to make [her husband] a conduit."
