Former President Jimmy Carter will join Neil Cavuto on Fox Business Network at Noon ET on Tuesday, with parts of the interview to be re-aired on "Your World" on Fox News Channel at 4 p.m. ET.

Carter will discuss the passing of Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), as well as the state of the U.S. economy.

Cavuto said he will ask Carter how things have changed in Washington since the former Georgia governor served as president from 1977-1981.

"And [we'll discuss] how some things haven't changed," Cavuto said.

Carter and his wife Rosalynn honored McCain's passing with a statement over the weekend as well:

"John McCain was a man of honor, a true patriot in the best sense of the word. Americans will be forever grateful for his heroic military service and for his steadfast integrity as a member of the United States Senate. Rosalynn and I extend our sincere condolences to Senator McCain's family and to the people of Arizona whom he represented so forthrightly for so many years," he said.
