The panel on "The Five" on Wednesday discussed a new ban on snowball fights on the campus of Delaware State University.

Dana Perino said the Dover, Del. campus decided to ban the activity citing "fear of potential harm to others."

She said the ban was considered necessary after students were throwing snowballs inside dorms over the past winter as well.

Punishment ranges from warnings to community service, disciplinary probation and fines, she said.

"Isn't it ironic that the people banning snowballs are snowflakes?" Greg Gutfeld asked.

Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi (R) said she doesn't have much experience in snowball fights in the Sunshine State, but that either way, prosecutors and administrative bodies are "taking the fun out of everything."
