Jesse Watters hit the streets of New York City to quiz people in a lightning round of current events questions, and the results were hilarious.

Some contestants couldn't name the vice president of the United States, even with the hint of his first name.

On the heels of President Trump's historic summit with Kim Jong Un, some were also unaware of the North Korean leader's name.

In a not-so-current question, Watters also asked people who the first person to land on the moon was.

According to one contestant, former New York Mets third baseman David Wright achieved the historic feat.

"The moon's dumb. There's not even a Walmart there. Who cares?" another contestant replied.
