Judd: Dems are 'Trying to Scare People' About Immigration Issues Ahead of Midterms
National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd said Friday that Democrats are trying to scare the public on issues at the border ahead of the midterm elections.
New York gubernatorial candidate Cynthia Nixon on Thursday called Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) a "terrorist organization," according to NY1 News.
“ICE has strayed so far away from its mission. It is supposed to be here to keep Americans safe but what it has turned into, frankly, is a terrorist organization of its own that is terrorizing people who are coming to this country,” Nixon said.
Judd said some Democrats don't use facts when discussing ICE and hotly debated immigration issues.
"They don't use facts. They use rhetoric," Judd said on "Tucker Carlson Tonight." "They're trying to scare people."

"When we actually find out what the facts are people come back and say, 'Wow, I was duped.'"
Judd added that if ICE were eliminated, the country would be much less safe.
"We just can't have it," he said.
