Thursday's "Outnumbered" panel collectively cringed over Rudy Giuliani's comments about North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.

Speaking in Tel Aviv on Wednesday, Giuliani said Kim "begged" for the summit with President Trump to go on after Trump canceled it last month.

Giuliani claimed that after Trump sent a letter to Kim calling off the June 12 talks in Singapore, Kim “got back on his hands and knees and begged for it, which is exactly the position you want to put him in.”

Katie Pavlich said the former New York City mayor, who is part of Trump’s legal team handling Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigation, should not be speaking publicly about North Korea, particularly when Trump appears to be "on the edge of diplomacy" with the rogue regime.

"As someone who's working on the Russia investigation as a separate issue than the summit, why is he commenting on this? He's not being helpful," Pavlich said.

Lisa Boothe agreed that Giuliani should not be weighing in on foreign policy at all, let alone during such a delicate time.

"Take the man's microphone!" Melissa Francis said.
