Hannity: Mueller's Probe 'Imploding' After Counsel Caught 'Flat-Footed' Going After Russian Entity
In his Opening Monologue, Sean Hannity said Robert Mueller's probe into whether President Donald Trump's campaign colluded with Russia is "imploding."
Hannity said the investigation began to crack when Virginia-based federal Judge Thomas S. Ellis III ripped Mueller's attorneys by telling them they seemed to be looking for a way to catch Trump in something illegal.
Hannity said another judge is now "picking apart" Mueller's indictment of several Russian nationals.
Eric Dubelier, a lawyer representing one of the Russian interests listed in the indictment, said the firm he represents didn't exist during the time period Mueller's allegations denote.
Dubelier said Mueller effectively "indicted the proverbial ham sandwich."
Hannity said Mueller has been caught "flat-footed" and that his investigation is now "falling apart in spectacular fashion."
