Fox News Channel's hit docu-series "Legends & Lies" is back - Sundays at 8:00pm ET - with a riveting look at the historically significant events and people that shaped the Civil War.

In last week's Season 3 premiere, we relived John Brown’s raid on Harpers Ferry, which set the stage for war and introduced Gen. Robert E. Lee and John Wilkes Booth to the pages of history.

This week's episode depicts the beginning of the war, including early Union setbacks on the battlefield, Confederate Gen. "Stonewall" Jackson earning his nickname and President Abraham Lincoln’s search for an aggressive general who will take the fight to the enemy.

The 12-episode miniseries, hosted by Brian Kilmeade, vividly recounts America’s epic struggle over slavery and freedom through the stories of the war’s greatest heroes and villains, including Lincoln, Jackson, Lee, Wilkes Booth, Ulysses S. Grant and Frederick Douglass.
