Gorka: Mueller's Russia Probe Is Like 'A Bad 'SNL' Skit'
Former Trump adviser Dr. Sebastian Gorka said former FBI Director Robert Mueller's investigation into allegations of collusion between Trump associates and Russian actors is like a forgettable segment of "Saturday Night Live."
"We have spent millions... of taxpayer dollars, thousands of man hours under Robert Mueller and what's the result? Nothing to do with the Trump campaign. No proof of collusion," he said.
"And, [it implicated] 13 people in Russia who are never going to be able to [be] extradite[d] in any way are indicted. It's a bad "SNL" skit. It's like "Monty Python" it's so absurd," Gorka said.
Gorka said that, instead of President Trump, former President Barack Obama has helped Russia more than any president.
He pointed out how Obama delivered $150 billion in cash to the Iranians, did "nothing meaningful" to pressure North Korea, and "practically did nothing" as Russian President Vladimir Putin tried to annex part of Ukraine.
Gorka said that moves like opening the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR) in Alaska to oil exploration help prove that Trump is no friend of the Kremlin.
"This is a president who doesn't play nicely with our enemies," Gorka said.
