President Donald Trump's daughter-in-law, Lara Trump, reacted to Oprah Winfrey being a possible 2020 contender against him.

She said the president will be running on his "incredible achievements."

Lara Trump added that she would be excited to hear whether Winfrey would face her father-in-law in 2020, but noted that the president defeated 16 Republican candidates as well as Hillary Clinton.

"It's going to be a lot harder to run against him in 2020 than anybody thinks right now," she added, pointing to the passage of the tax cut bill and motions toward fixing immigration policy.

She also reacted to constant attacks against her family.

"I won't lie and say it's been easy... We get hit from every possible angle," she said.
