Judge Nap: Doesn't Matter Who Edited Clinton Statement, Comey's Responsible

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said on "The Ingraham Angle" tonight that it's sad to see liberals who claim to support "empowering women" turn around and attack women in the Trump administration because they disagree with them politically.

In recent days, Sanders has taken criticism from everyone from MSNBC's Mika Brzezinski to comedian Chelsea Handler.

Despite that, Sanders said she's focused on helping President Donald Trump enact his agenda, and if people want to focus on "petty attacks," then that's their prerogative.

"While they're doing that, we're going to get tax cuts passed in this country, we're going to continue to grow the economy, continue to create jobs," Sanders said.

She said the media is so focused on trying to attack President Trump and those around him that many of his administration's greatest successes are not being covered.

"This was a president who was elected by the forgotten men and women of this country, and a lot of liberals have contempt for those people - whether they're men, whether they're women - and they want to attack us," Sanders said.

"The bottom line is this is a president who's focused on getting things done, focused on getting things done for the men and women that, frankly, a lot of the liberal elites in this country don't like."
