Kimberly Guilfoyle reacted to a bill introduced by an Indiana Republican that would imprison and fine local officials who obstruct federal immigration enforcement.
Rep. Todd Rokita, who represents Brownsburg, Crawfordsville and the suburbs northwest of Indianapolis, said Americans have had enough of what he called lawless actions by local politicians.
"Politicians don't get to pick and choose what laws to comply with," Rokita said in a statement obtained by the Indianapolis Star.
The American people are rightfully infuriated watching politicians put their open-borders ideology before the rule of law, and the safety of the people they represent.

Rokita's SLAP (Stopping Lawless Actions of Politicians) Act would threaten authorities with five years' imprisonment and a million-dollar maximum fine for violating the policy.
"Wouldn't that be amazing?" Guilfoyle said.
Guilfoyle added that Rokita's bill has a shot at being approved since Donald Trump is in the White House.
"You have a president with the wherewithal to do it," she said.
