Ainsley Earhardt Donates $50K of Book Proceeds to Folds of Honor
Ainsley Earhardt's new book is out this week, and she's donating a portion of the proceeds to charity.
On "Fox & Friends" this morning, Ainsley gave a $50,000 check to Folds of Honor, a non-profit that provides educational scholarships to the children and spouses of fallen and disabled service members.
Major Dan Rooney, the founder and CEO of Folds of Honor, was left speechless by Ainsley's generous donation.

"I just thank you so much for what you're doing for our fallen soldiers and their kids," Ainsley said. "I thought when I'm writing the children's books, I want to do something for not only our military, but for kids."
"We are just so blessed, Ainsley, to have you on our team, and 'Fox & Friends' to make sure that we don't leave any family behind on the field of battle," Rooney said. "We promise we're going to keep fighting the good fight."
In "Through Your Eyes: My Child's Gift to Me," Ainsley reflects on her experiences as a mother and viewing the wonders of the world through a child’s eyes.
Ainsley explained earlier this week that the book is about how her daughter, Hayden, made her realize the gift of everyday joys and miracles.
