Nigel Farage hit back at Hillary Clinton after she accused him of lying to prop up Donald Trump during the campaign season.

"The amount of fabricated, false information that your voters were given by the 'leave' campaign ... you had Farage campaigning for Trump and the like. You know, the big lie is a very potent tool," Clinton said to the BBC.

"She hates Brexit, she hates me, and she thinks it gave Trump the edge," the former leader of the United Kingdom's Independence Party told "Fox & Friends."

Post-campaign Clinton is making a "sad, sorry spectacle of herself," Farage said.

"She's basically saying that I lied to the British electorate," he went on.

Clinton made herself the "high priestess of the globalist movement" even though both Bill and Hillary's records on foreign deals show they sold Americans bad deals, he said.

"She can't recognize that her own sense of entitlement is what put off so many American voters," Farage remarked.

"It is a sorry sight to see somebody who is incapable of recognizing their own deficiencies."
