Ingraham: 'Small, Radical Group of Gender-Benders' Got Boy Scouts to Allow Girls In
Don't miss the premiere of "The Ingraham Angle," on Monday, October 30 at 10pm ET on Fox News Channel.
Laura Ingraham - said the Boy Scouts' decision to allow girls into their ranks is "more madness" and that parents are getting tired of it.
The Boy Scouts of America's Chief Scout Executive Michael Surbaugh announced that, as of 2019, girls will be allowed to join Cub Scouts.
The individual Dens will remain single-gender, but Cub Packs will be allowed to integrate girls into their ranks.
The organization said it hopes this will allow girls to have the opportunity to reach the coveted rank of Eagle Scout.
Ingraham said the Boy Scouts were entertaining a "very small, radical group of gender-benders out in the culture, who want to say there's no difference between boys and girls" in changing their century-old policy.
She said it is another incident of the "tyranny of political correctness."
Within the last decade, the BSA also lifted their restriction on gay scoutmasters working with Troops.
