President Trump said he will decide Health & Human Services Secretary Tom Price's future in the administration by late Friday evening.

Trump made the announcement on the White House lawn in front of a press gaggle.

"He's a very fine man, but we're going to make a decision sometime tonight," Trump said.

Trump said some secretaries own their own jets so private travel is not a problem for them.

But, he said Price's actions tarnished the optics of Trump's goal of saving the government millions of dollars through smart trade deals and negotiations.

He said that, thanks to Pentagon negotiations, taxpayers saved several hundred million dollars on the cost of new F-35's.

"I didn't like [Price's actions] cosmetically or otherwise," he said. "I'm not happy."

Trump added that he discussed the NFL national anthem protests with his friend, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones.
