Laura Ingraham came down hard on Republicans, especially Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, as the latest GOP health bill looks headed for failure again.

"If you are going to be the leader of the Senate, you need to get your coalition together or stop promising things," Ingraham told "Fox & Friends" on Tuesday.

Republicans "botched it at the kickoff," she said.

Four Republican senators have warned they will vote no on the current version of the health bill, two more than the GOP's slim Senate majority can sustain.

Ingraham said she agreed with Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) that the current repeal bill is not a real repeal.

"Is it better than nothing? Maybe," she said.

The Senate has until Friday to vote on the bill.

Ingraham's new primetime show, "The Ingraham Angle," debuts October 30th at 10:00 p.m. ET on Fox News Channel.
