Sean Hannity criticized former FBI Director James Comey for what he called hypocrisy and possible perjury in the wake of new reports about the lawman's stated timeline.
Comey previously said that he made the decision to exonerate Hillary Clinton after speaking with her, and at a time much closer to his July 2016 announcement.
However, Hannity said there are substantial reports, including from Sens. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) and Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) that Comey made the decision before the probe was complete.
He said Comey is a "massive hypocrite" who based his decision "solely on politics."
Hannity said there is one lawbook for the Clintons and one for the public.
"It's time for Attorney General Sessions to reopen the Hillary Clinton email case," and to probe why Comey let her off.
He called Comey's behavior "highly questionable, unethical and potentially criminal," citing statements Comey made to Congress that he said appear to contradict this new account.
