Terror Strikes Barcelona: 12 Killed When Vehicle Plows Into Crowd

In the wake of the Barcelona terror attack, Jesse Watters said America is lucky to be separated from Europe by an ocean.

"If you ever had a terror cell come through Mexico into the United States, I bet half the Democrats in Congress would vote to fund that wall," he said.

Watters said that Europe's security concerns may come from the fact that traveling between countries on that continent is much freer than in the United States.

Back home, Americans used to be able to cross into and out of Canada with just a valid drivers license in some places, but now those crossings require a passport.
