Lou Dobbs said the future of the Republican Party hinges on the outcome of the ObamaCare repeal-and-replace legislation.

Dobbs told Sean Hannity that the "threat" of public backlash is looming over "every one of those congressmen who is hesitant" to repeal ObamaCare.

"They had better deliver this time," Dobbs said of GOP Leaders Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.).

"It will be fundamentally a question of the survival of the Republican Party," he said.

Discussing President Trump's rally in Youngstown, Ohio, Dobbs said many of the thousands in the arena were "Trump Democrats."

He said President Obama won the area by 27 points, but Trump only lost it by 3.

"These are his people," he said.
