Gutfeld: Hollywood Should Applaud Karen Handel, But 'All They Have Is Rage'
Greg Gutfeld said that Hollywood should applaud Karen Handel, winner of Georgia's special House election last week, but "instead they wish for murder."
"Damn there's a lot of hate coming from the party of tolerance," Gutfeld said on his show Saturday night.
Handel ran for Congress on more than just being a strong woman, the host commented.
Hollywood liberals have been particularly vitriolic the last few months against President Trump and Republicans.
Last week Johnny Depp joked that maybe it is time for an actor to assassinate a president again.
Comedian Kathy Griffin infamously did a photo shoot where she help up a fake severed head of the president.
Hollywood director Josh Fox lashed out at President Trump and Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) over the health care bill, calling them "terrorists."
"[The Left] had tons of money and Hollywood star power behind them, and they still lost that seat," Gutfeld said of the Georgia election. "It's because the only idea they have is rage."
"They demonize those who disagree and then they wonder why America is so divisive."
