On "Outnumbered" today, Judge Jeanine Pirro accused former FBI director James Comey of being a "fired, disgruntled ex-employee" out to get President Trump.

"Jim Comey, at this point, is a leaker," Judge Jeanine said. "He did nothing when there were all kinds of problems with the Obama administration. He's an operative."

"Can't you see through this?" she said.

The sacked head of the FBI testified to the Senate Intelligence Committee on Thursday that he leaked details of his private meetings with Trump in hopes of securing a special counsel to investigate any ties between Russia and the Trump campaign.

Judge Jeanine pointed out that only after the president fired Comey did the former FBI chief see the need to aim for a special counsel.

She also pointed out that those on both the left and right sides of the political debate had been talking about firing Comey for months.

Democrats and Republicans alike were displeased with his handling of the Hillary Clinton private email investigation last summer and fall. Many on both sides were also dissatisfied his decisions regarding the Russia probe.

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) recommended a judiciary committee take a look at Comey's revelation that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch asked him to call the Clinton server scandal a "matter" rather than an "investigation," a fact Comey neglected to mention until Thursday.

Meantime, former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom said Comey is "weak" and has "no common sense," and that he "danced with the devil" during his handling of the Russia probe.

"The truth is, it doesn't matter what the reason is for Jim Comey's firing, and I'm so sick of talking about it," Judge Jeanine concluded.
