Charles Krauthammer said Hillary Clinton's remarks about her email scandal and election loss made her "pathetic."

"She has made herself pathetic," Krauthammer said.

He criticized Clinton for being "incapable of discussing anything about the election in a way that makes her anything other than sympathetic."

Krauthammer said Clinton was rehashing the "right wing conspiracy" allegations she and President Clinton spread during the Monica Lewinsky scandal.

He added that a fatal flaw in her campaign was her email to her staff admitting that she needed a message for her candidacy after 30 years in public life.

"If you don't know why you're running for president, you shouldn't be running for president," Krauthammer said.
