Judge Jeanine Pirro said the Manchester terror attack appears to be a "redo of the Boston bombing."

Pirro said bomber Salman Abedi was radicalized and traveled to Syria and Libya - two ISIS hotbeds.

She said his brother is a member of ISIS, and that neighbors of the man as well as his imam called authorities on him.

"The whole paradigm of law enforcement has to change," she said.

"This is a redo of the Boston bombers," Pirro said.

The Boston bombers - the Tsarnaev brothers - traveled to the Middle East and Chechnya and had ties to extremist groups.

They were on law enforcement radar prior to the attack.
