Hillary Clinton blasted the Trump White House's budget proposal, saying it would hurt millions of Americans.

Speaking in New York, Clinton said the budget, paired with attempts to repeal ObamaCare, shows "an unimaginable level of cruelty."

Clinton said the budget shows a "lack of imagination" and a "disdain for the struggles of millions of Americans."

White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney applauded the budget proposal.

He said that for the first time, a budget was constructed from the point of view of the taxpayer.

Eric Bolling called it "a conservative's dream budget."

The "Fox News Specialists" panel debated whether Mulvaney should have crafted the budget from the taxpayer perspective rather than that of Americans who rely on services.
