"They have absolutely no conscience when it comes to babies, small children, pregnant mothers," Kallstrom told anchor Neil Cavuto. "It's all the same to them unfortunately."

An explosion during an Ariana Grande concert last night in Manchester Arena killed 22 and injured dozens.

Kallstrom stated that the FBI and other law enforcement must change what they do to prevent such tragedies.

He added that law enforcement is "still immersed in the last eight years of just this rabid, rabid political correctness."

Kallstrom said that because ISIS has not struck in smaller cities like Manchester, the terrorists found it a "lucrative target" with less security than New York or London.
