Ivanka in Riyadh: Young Generation Can 'Build Future of Tolerance, Hope and Peace'
First Daughter Ivanka Trump, a top aide to her father's administration, spoke at the Tweeps social media conference in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Trump said the new generation of Arabs and Muslims have the opportunity to build their future based on "tolerance, hope and peace."
She praised the entrepreneurial spirit of Saudi Arabians and thanked the royal family for welcoming her and President Trump to the country.
She remarked that the president had left a new center for combating extremism, which had been built in 30 days.
"I may need to borrow those contractors," she joked.
Closing her remarks, Trump said she hopes to make this landmark trip the first of several during her father's presidency.
