Judge Jeanine Pirro said several questions must be answered regarding Susan Rice's alleged request to unmask associates of President Trump caught up in routine surveillance.

Pirro said that due to Rice's history of false statements, offering her Benghazi 'video' claim as an example, a jury would be instructed to take her testimony with "less than a grain of salt."

However, she said Rice must be asked who instructed her to request the unmasking, and whether President Obama was privy to the process.

Pirro also said Rice should be asked whether she is the individual who "leaked" information about Trump team members to the Washington Post.

"She has to be put under oath," Pirro said, adding that if intelligence agencies can unmask high-profile Americans like Trump associates, they can do the same to everyday citizens.
