It hasn't been an easy go for White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer.
Parodied on "Saturday Night Live," ambushed at the Apple Store, and consistently battling the press corps in combative briefings, Spicer does not appear to be the most popular person in the Trump administration.
At President Trump's rally in Nashville on Wednesday, however, it was a very different story.
Spicer was given a rock star welcome by supporters at Nashville’s Municipal Auditorium.
Photos and videos taken at the rally show Spicer being swarmed by well-wishers as he ventured on to the floor of the arena to check in with the press before the rally.
Fans pressed in to take selfies with Spicer and shake his hand.
